This exceptional butterflyfish pair came to us from one of our customers, who originally purchased it from a high-end quarantine collector. Known for being one of the most challenging species to adapt to captivity, only a handful worldwide are truly thriving. While they may nip at SPS corals, they primarily target the slime rather than the tissue, with reports suggesting minimal impact on Acropora in well-established reef systems. They tend to ignore LPS, soft corals, invertebrates, and clams. As always, we recommend quarantine or re-quarantine upon purchase to ensure their continued health.
