By participating in Reef Pro Stores auctions you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

All auctions are started with a $0.99 starting bid price. At the conclusion of the auction the highest bidder wins. 

ALL ITEMS ARE NOT WYSIWYG UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED

Auction is subject to change at anytime

Payment:

Once the auction is finished you will receive an invoice via email. Once the auctions have ended you must complete the entire checkout process within 24 hours. Failing to process payment within this time frame will forfeit the item won. This item will reappear in the subsequent auction. 

All items must be checked out through our online payment system. 

Auctions cannot be combined with any discounts, coupons or gift certificates. NO EXCEPTIONS!     

Gift Certificates issued from previous DOA's are not valid on AUCTION ITEMS!

Shipping:

All livestock ships via UPS priority overnight shipping. We do not offer FREE SHIPPING on auctions. 

NON COMBINED FISH AND CORAL/INVERT ORDERS:

Shipping is flat rate regardless of how many items you purchase:

Continental United States: $56.00

Florida: $36.00

COMBINED FISH AND CORAL ORDERS

NOTE: CORALS & INVERTS SHIP SEPARATELY FROM FISH AS THEY ARE HOUSED AT DIFFERENT FACILITIES.

If you order contains both fish and corals you will be charged a shipping charge of $72 for residence of Florida. Non-Florida residence will have a shipping charge of $112.

THIS COMBINED SHIPPING RATE WILL BE REQUIRED ACROSS THE ENTIRE WEBSITE, INCLUDING ORDERS WON VIA AUCTION. 

 

All auction orders require a minimum $75.00 value EXCLUDES SHIPPING COST

To be eligible for FREE SHIPPING he or she must spend $599.98 ON NON-AUCTION ITEMS

ALL ITEMS WON ON AUCTION WILL SHIP: MONDAY, TUESDAY, OR WEDNESDAY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A SPECIFIC SHIPPING DATE PLEASE LET US KNOW, HOWEVER IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED PACKAGES DUE TO WRONG SHIPPING DAYS!

NO LOCAL PICKUP ALLOWED ON ITEMS WON ON AUCTION. 

All items won during auction are required to ship within 1 WEEK of the auction ending.

All non-auction items can be combined with items won in auction and shipped together with no addition charge.  

At the time of shipping, if the particular specimen does not meet our quality standards, the item will be substituted for another one similar in size and shape without notice. 

DOA POLICY:

Normal DOA Policy applies to items won on auction.
