Reef Pro is now offering protection insurance. If you wish to insure your order for only $89.99 this will protect your order from unexpected carrier delays that are out of our control. These would include and are not limited to, weather, mechanical errors/failures, acts of God, etc. With this insurance, you can rest assured that if your livestock is delayed by the carrier and results in a loss we will replace your order completely free of charge. The insurance also covers any losses that may occur during the first six hours from the time of arrival.

I had an issue with my first Oder because of shipment delay with UPS. Fished unfortunately arrived DOA. I immediately reached out to Reef Pro and they responded in a few minutes. Went above and beyond my expectations getting replacement shipped. Great costumer service!! Will definitely order from them again!! Make sure to get the shipping insurance.
Was part of my first Oder with Reef Pro. There was a UPS delay that caused my order to be a day late. Unfortunately the fish was barely alive and did not survive. I had 2 other fish in order as well but they were both DOA. I immediately reached out to Reef Pro and sent pictures. They responded in a few minutes!! They went above and beyond my expectations. Getting me replacement fish shipped to me with in 24hrs!!! My first order but not my last thanks to great customer service!! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Always get the shipping insurance!
I’ve had this fish for about four months now, and it has been fantastic. It arrived super healthy and was already eating pellets right from the start. After a full observation period, the fish remained completely clean with no signs of disease.
