Reef Pro is now offering protection insurance. If you wish to insure your order for only $14.99 this will protect your order from unexpected carrier delays that are out of our control. These would include and are not limited to, weather, mechanical errors/failures, acts of God, etc. With this insurance, you can rest assured that if your livestock is delayed by the carrier and results in a loss we will replace your order completely free of charge. The insurance also covers any losses that may occur during the first six hours from the time of arrival.
After 1 week, order was updated to “shipping label printed”. I inquired about the delay via email. No response in over a week, and tracking status still hasnt updated either.
I bought 10 green chromes and they are super healthy. I've had them for almost a month and they ate like champions starting on day 1 and have not missed a single meal. Amazingly healthy fish! Reef Pro is my favorite fish vendor and I keep buying from them as they always have extremely healthy and vibrant fish.
