I’ve been ordering from Gilbert at reefpro for a few years and have always had a great experience. Gilbert’s customer service and support is second to none, he has even answered my texts after 9 pm on a Sunday. But his packing skills really shown through on this last shipment. UPS delayed my package 3 days. I was supposed to receive my fish on Thursday morning but didn’t until Saturday night!!! This multibar was in a box for 4 days but was eating in the acclimation bucket. The Copperband came in healthy. After 6 days in my QT (no meds), it's devouring PE mysis. I had a few questions before and after delivery and communication was stellar. This has always been a dream fish for me and Reef Pro delivered!
