It's a very happy fish and eats frozen food well. However customer service was pretty dismissive of my concerns when I contacted them about it arriving in a pretty weak state. Obviously it bounced back well but I felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously.

Poor checkout communication.
I had my dream fish appear on Reef Pro website. So I went for a checkout and paid premium shipping. Only to get a text that my fish will be delayed because it’s in quarantine. No partial refund offer. No other explanation except that I had to deal with it. Fish came 6 days after ordered. Fish is really great, but this survey is on service, which I think is very sub par.

I purchased 2 fish & they arrived 3 days later than the scheduled date. Thanks to their amazing packaging both fish were still alive & in great condition. Water temperature was within normal range & bags still had plenty of oxygen. Thank you very much for going above & beyond with your shipping.
