This has been my first experience ordering fish online. Unfortunately my order was not completed on the date selected due to low stock and health of the fish left in stock. However, Gilbert was great and I really did appreciate the communication and he notified me when the stock was coming and approximately how long was needed to condition the new arrivals. Sure I was disappointed to wait but it was worth it. The fish were packaged well and all Anthias arrived alive. They are doing well and eating and soon will be placed into my main display. I would definitely order again in the future!

Reef Pro is a pleasure to buy from. When I placed my order, they called me and informed me they had to wait for more anthias to come in or could ship what they had. I opted to wait, then a cold front hit and weather delayed shipping but they stayed in contact to keep me updated. All fish arrived in less than 24 hrs in healthy condition.
