Unfortunately UPS delivered a empty bag with a dead fish because they ripped the bag but Reefpro took care of it and sent me another one the same day. Excellent customer service. They have my business!
I purchased 2 fish & they arrived 3 days later than the scheduled date. Thanks to their amazing packaging both fish were still alive & in great condition. Water temperature was within normal range & bags still had plenty of oxygen. Thank you very much for going above & beyond with your shipping.
