This is the 3rd live fish order i have made from Reef Pro and they are consistently providing, healthy and beautiful live fish. My Blueface Angelfish arrived very well packaged just like my other fish orders i have received. He acclimated very well and began to explore and eat almost immediately. Thanks to Reef Pro’s amazing attention to carefully caring for these fish it makes their transition into my home very successful. I will continue to prioritize Reef Pro for my online fish purchases. I called mid afternoon after ordering early that morning asking about tracking info. The person who answered checked and said somehow when he pulled the orders mine hadnt come up but that he would make sure it went out that day. I’m not sure if it’s regular practice for yall, but the ups tracking said customer dropped off at UPS, I’m assuming they usually pick up your orders. Either way, yall made it happen for me, a Friday delivery wasn’t going to work, it had to be Thursday. Thank you for the great customer service, fish arrived fine and looks great so far.
Package was leaking and a lot of water had damaged the package. The fish is fine but the bags were leaking and everything was drenched. Not sure if this is just an individual incident but I certainly dont feel like this shipping protection helped.
