This is the 3rd live fish order i have made from Reef Pro and they are consistently providing, healthy and beautiful live fish. My Blueface Angelfish arrived very well packaged just like my other fish orders i have received. He acclimated very well and began to explore and eat almost immediately. Thanks to Reef Pro’s amazing attention to carefully caring for these fish it makes their transition into my home very successful. I will continue to prioritize Reef Pro for my online fish purchases. I’ve been ordering from Gilbert at reefpro for a few years and have always had a great experience. Gilbert’s customer service and support is second to none, he has even answered my texts after 9 pm on a Sunday. But his packing skills really shown through on this last shipment. UPS delayed my package 3 days. I was supposed to receive my fish on Thursday morning but didn’t until Saturday night!!! This multibar was in a box for 4 days but was eating in the acclimation bucket. Thank you again Gilbert you have earned a life long customer!!
The Copperband came in healthy. After 6 days in my QT (no meds), it's devouring PE mysis. I had a few questions before and after delivery and communication was stellar. This has always been a dream fish for me and Reef Pro delivered!
