Order was filled two days ago and still have not seen them. I’m sure it’s ups fault but I’m really worried if they are going to arrive alive. I tracked the order and I believe they will show up tomorrow. I normally don’t have issues with things being overnighted.
I purchased 2 fish & they arrived 3 days later than the scheduled date. Thanks to their amazing packaging both fish were still alive & in great condition. Water temperature was within normal range & bags still had plenty of oxygen. Thank you very much for going above & beyond with your shipping.
