I've never ordered a fish from an online company in my 20+ years of reefing. After 1 year of keeping my eye out for a local or a person breaking down their tank with an achillies, nothing as come. After some time looking over reviews and prices I decided to order a show size Achillies from Reef Pro. The Achillies is incredible and even bigger than I imagined. I carefully read the acclimation instructions and follwed them. He is in great health and I'm very pleased with my experience. He is expert only and I only recommend if you have the time and patience. Obviously he is from the wild and is slowly taking to seaweed and frozen. Happy with my order and would order from Reef Pro again. (My picture is of the Achillies in quarantine with highly oxygenated water, not actual home)

My Achilles came in healthy and happy and made the adjustment to the new aquarium super fast! He did not even dart when released into the 215gal DT, just swam about like he owns the place and was eating well the following morning. For such a notoriously difficult species, he’s one of the happiest I’ve ever seen!

I called mid afternoon after ordering early that morning asking about tracking info. The person who answered checked and said somehow when he pulled the orders mine hadnt come up but that he would make sure it went out that day. I’m not sure if it’s regular practice for yall, but the ups tracking said customer dropped off at UPS, I’m assuming they usually pick up your orders. Either way, yall made it happen for me, a Friday delivery wasn’t going to work, it had to be Thursday. Thank you for the great customer service, fish arrived fine and looks great so far.
Package was leaking and a lot of water had damaged the package. The fish is fine but the bags were leaking and everything was drenched. Not sure if this is just an individual incident but I certainly dont feel like this shipping protection helped.
