I had an issue with my first Oder because of shipment delay with UPS. Fished unfortunately arrived DOA. I immediately reached out to Reef Pro and they responded in a few minutes. Went above and beyond my expectations getting replacement shipped. Great costumer service!! Will definitely order from them again!! Make sure to get the shipping insurance.
Was part of my first Oder with Reef Pro. There was a UPS delay that caused my order to be a day late. Unfortunately the fish was barely alive and did not survive. I’ve had this fish for about four months now, and it has been fantastic. It arrived super healthy and was already eating pellets right from the start. After a full observation period, the fish remained completely clean with no signs of disease.
